You can see it happening. A friend who's not okay but won't say so. A relationship that keeps fraying no matter how hard you try. Someone you care about is pulling away, and nothing you do seems to reach them.
You're not indifferent. You want to help. But when you try, something goes wrong. The conversation doesn't land. They shut down. Or you say something that makes it worse, and you're not even sure how.
This 90-minute workshop is for men who are tired of watching someone they care about struggle while not knowing what to do.
We'll look at what's actually happening when someone you care about is struggling, why the instinct to help often lands wrong, and what it looks and feels like to actually be there for someone in a way that makes a difference.
You'll leave knowing what's really happening when someone shuts down, why your instincts often make it worse, and what to do instead.
The first workshop takes place on Wednesday, June 17th, at 7:00 PM Pacific. Space is limited to 20 participants. Leave your name and email below and I'll send you the Zoom link before the event.
