You're smart. You know what happened, what was said, what you did. And yet something still feels off. You're replaying it. You're stuck.

The problem isn't that you're not smart. It's your model of the world. The narratives you tell yourself are not objective facts. They are shaped by assumptions you don't realize you're making.

That story feels like reality, but it's built on things you've never questioned. About what other people mean, think, and feel. What their behavior says about you. Those assumptions feel like facts. They aren't.

That gap, between what actually happened and the story you built around it, is exactly where I work.

What a Clarity Session Is

A Clarity Session is a focused, 60-minute conversation designed to help you see where your thinking is keeping you stuck.

You bring whatever is on your mind. A relationship that feels off. A decision you can't make. A conversation you keep replaying. Something you can't stop worrying about.

We start by letting you describe it fully. Then I help you do something most people never do: separate what you actually know from what you're assuming is true.

Someone might say "I just need them to understand me." We'll find out what you think is happening versus what you actually know.

We look at where your body is telling you one thing and your mind is spinning a story on top of it. Does your heart beating fast actually mean that person doesn't like you, or could it mean something else entirely? Does that wave of euphoria actually mean everything is going to go smoothly with no setbacks? The feeling is real. The story built on top of it may not be. We find where those two things have gotten tangled, and we pull them apart.

By the end of the session, you'll know exactly what you've been assuming that might be wrong, and you'll have one concrete way to test it in your next real conversation.

This Is Not Therapy

Therapy is for healing trauma, managing clinical mental health conditions, and understanding the roots of deep pain. That's important work, and it's not what I do.

My clients don't need to be fixed. They need to see more clearly. Most people will agree with your story or argue with it. I help you examine it.
